Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who is this for? Serious lifters, strength coaches and gym owners, and performance-minded founders who already know the basics and are stuck on the harder problem of execution. If you have a few years of consistent training under your belt and you're trying to break a real plateau, scale a coaching practice, or stop letting work eat your training, this is built for you. If you're brand new to lifting or looking for a beginner program, you'll get more from a good intro course than from a 1:1 engagement here.
Q: How is this different from a generic online coach? A typical online coach hands you a program and a check-in template. That's a product. This is a practice. The first phase is always an audit — your training history, recovery markers, schedule, and the actual gap between what you intend to do and what you do — before any program gets written. The deliverables are scoped to your specific bottleneck, not a template. And the engagement runs for a defined window with measurable outcomes, not an open-ended monthly charge.
Q: What's the first step? Two options. You can book a 30-minute discovery call directly on the site, which is free and gives us both a chance to see if there's a fit. Or you can run the AI scoping chat on the home page, which walks you through a structured intake and recommends a starting engagement based on your situation. Most people start with the chat, then book a call once they've seen the recommendation.
Q: How are engagements scoped and priced? Every client is different, so the AI scoper or the discovery call surfaces the right starting point. The public catalog runs from $47 for one-shot audits up to $497 for short multi-week engagements. Larger and longer engagements — full sprints, retainers, gym-owner system builds — are bespoke and quoted after the scoping conversation. Pricing is flat or fixed-scope, not hourly. You know the cost before you commit.
Q: What's the refund policy? Full refund within 14 days of starting an engagement, no questions asked. After 14 days, retainers and ongoing engagements prorate the refund based on what's been delivered. The bar is simple: if the work isn't producing what we agreed it would, you should not be paying for it. Most refunds get processed inside a business day. The policy is the same whether the engagement is $47 or $5,000.
Q: Do you work with athletes who use peptides or PEDs? This practice focuses on training systems, recovery protocols, and operational discipline. Pharmacology is outside the scope of the work. I do not advise on, recommend, or prescribe substances of any kind. If you're an athlete navigating those questions, you need a qualified medical professional, not a performance consultant. The training and operations work we do here stands on its own and is not contingent on what you're doing in that other lane.
Q: How long does an engagement run? Audits are 2-4 weeks: short, focused, deliverable-driven. Sprints run 4-8 weeks and combine audit plus a build phase. Retainers — usually for gym owners or founders running ongoing systems — are month-to-month with a 30-day off-ramp. There are no annual contracts. Every engagement has a defined end date or an explicit renewal decision point, because open-ended commitments are how both sides stop paying attention.
Q: Can I work with you remotely? Yes. The practice is 100% remote. Discovery calls and weekly check-ins run on video. Programs, audits, and written deliverables are async. Form checks happen via uploaded video. Clients are spread across the US and a handful internationally. The only thing that requires in-person is the occasional gym-owner system build where I'll come out for a day to observe the floor — and that's optional, not required.

Run the scoper for a structured intake and an engagement recommendation, or send a direct note. Both get a 24-hour response.
